RETURN POLICY

For all items that are NOT Saddles/Harnesses: Greta's takes great pride in the quality of their products, and it is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. If an item does not meet your expectations upon arrival, you will have ten days to ship it back. After a complete inspection of the returned item(s), Greta's will refund your account within five business days. Returned items must be in the same condition as sent(photos and videos will document all items before sending), unused and unworn condition, with no stains or odors, and have all their original tags attached and all manufacturer packaging when applicable. We will not accept items damaged due to negligence or abuse, and items that seem like they have been worn will be refused. Further, Greta's will not issue a refund, and the item(s) will be returned to you at your cost. All items must be returned in an approved shipping box with adequate padding to prevent significant movement. Items must have shipping insurance for the total value of the item(s) listed on Greta's, llc website.

Return policy for Saddles/Harnesses: Greta's takes great pride in the quality of our products, and it is essential that you are 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. If a saddle and/or harness do not meet your expectations and fit upon arrival, you will have ten days to ship it back from the date it arrived, based on shipping confirmation. After inspecting the returned item(s), Greta's will refund your account within five business days. Returned items must be in the same condition as sent(photos and videos will document all items before sending), unused and unworn condition, with no stains or odors, and have all their original tags attached and all manufacturer packaging when applicable. We will not accept items damaged due to negligence or abuse, and items that seem like they have been worn will be refused. Greta's will not issue a refund, and said item(s) will be returned to you at your cost. Saddles will require a signed disclosure contract before sending, acknowledging the saddle/harness terms and refund agreement. All saddles/harnesses must be returned in an approved heavy-duty shipping box, bubble wrapped, and padded to ensure minimum movement during shipment; saddles/harnesses must be insured for a total value of saddle/harness as listed on Greta's llc, website. Greta's will charge a restocking fee of 10% of the total value of the saddle and/or harness and will be paid at the customer's expense upon returning the saddles and/or harnesses.

CONSIGNMENT INFORMATION

Please click on the link below to download our Consignment Agreement. This agreement applies to both item(s) and saddle consignment. Below you will also find our Consignment Item Contract, and our Saddle Addendum/Contract. Depending on what you choose to send us you will need to download and fill out the appropriate contract complete with signatures, and additional requested information. Please send the signed contract(s) with the items you intend to consign through Greta's LLC and a signed copy to our email info@gretasllc.com.

SADDLE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
